Help!

Okay, so I am ALWAYS getting bloody noses! (it's some weird genetic thing, it's not like I'm being punched in the face constantly and I also live in Utah the state of dryness!) I get at LEAST 2-3 a week! And I have a LOT of scouter friends out there that know first aid and all that jazz and I was just wondering if you could tell me a good way to get rid of them? I know that you are supposed to pinch the top of your nose and put your head between your knees (or something like that) but is there something else?

Okay, so I'm always saying "This is my favorite Christmas song ever!" but the truth is, I'm extremely indecisive and simply can NOT make up my mind, EVER!!! But I have to say today's song IS my favorite!!! Maybe... :)

The song is O HOLY NIGHT and I didn't think about it when I planned all the songs, But in sacrament meeting today I sang the first verse in a solo (it was terrifying!!! but not as terrifying as my song for, Etiquette sim...) and then we sang the rest with the choir. Quests

In days long past brave knights set out on QUESTS to fight off dragons and save the maiden and then they would get married and live happily ever after...

My QUEST is harder... I must rise each and every day to face and to fight the temptation "dragons" and save the virtue that is mine and continue to be the handmaiden of the lord that I try my very hardest to be, so someday I can fall in love with a man who is honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, praiseworthy, doing good to all men and loves me more than anyone except our Father in Heaven and together we can ride in triumph up to the Holy Temple, to be sealed together forever... And as we face more dragons each day, we can and WILL endure to the end and live happily FOREVER AFTER...

I hope to meet this man someday and for all I know I might have already met him. But first I must prepare myself while I am in the years of getting ready for such a journey and how have I started?

Well, I read my Book Of Mormon every day, I write in my scripture journal about what I read every day, I write in my normal journal every day, I do my best to keep clean thoughts and an unclean one comes I take that thought and I simply BLOW IT UP!!! I keep the commandments, I keep the word of wisdom, I keep the law of chastity, I encourage others to do so with me and when my dragons get bigger and more fierce I get down on my knees and pray to my Lord above.

I would like you all to know that I am not perfect *gasp* and when I say I do these things I mean that I simply TRY MY HARDEST!!!! There are some things that I've been doing for so long that they have become a second nature to me but there are still times when I am tired and don't want to read my scriptures but I do it anyway because I have learned to love it and I look forward to it each day.

Poor Frosty has to leave his friends!!!!! :( WELL!!! At least he can come back when it snows again!!!!! :D

Frosty The Snowman

Frost the snowman, was a jolly, happy soul, with a corncob pipe and a button nose and two eyes made out of coal.
Frosty the snowman, was a fairy tale they say, he was made of snow, but the children know, how he came to life one day.
There must have been some magic in that old silk hat they found, for when they placed it on his head, he began to dance around.

This Is What I Think :)

So, since this is {well, might be} the current subject that my "blogging'' friends are talking about, I just HAVE to get my opinion in...;)

Okay, so it seems that all my guy friends are like "I want to tell girls that they are beautiful, but when I do, they look at me like they don't want to hear it, or like I'm crazy..."

And it also seems that all my girl friends are like "I really like it when boys tell me I'm beautiful, but they never do. It's like they think I don't want to hear it, or I think they're crazy or something..."

 Well, first of all, Guys, we DO want to hear it and it's very reassuring to hear it from someone other than the girls that giggle with us, because we hear it from them all the time and we DO NOT think you're crazy. 
But if other girls are like me, then they have a hard time responding to any sort of praise, especially vocally. When someone gives me a compliment, on the outside I'm like "uhhh... Thanks..." but on the inside I'm like "*gasp!* WOW!!! They REALLY think that?!?!?! *faint...*" 
 Just know that when we look shocked on our faces, we're like "HOORAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM BEAUTIFUL!!!"on the inside :)

And second of all, Girls, guys WANT us to respond {I'm just finding this out too}.

Sooo... Yeah... It feels so awkward because, I went so confidently into that and then I sorta lost my train of thought...

2nd Day Of Christmas

Today is December 2nd and our Christmas activity for today, was going to our Grandparents {on my mothers side} house and decorating for Christmas. It was extremely enjoyable, as i got to decorate ANOTHER tree, almost entirely by myself :) which I enjoy doing, because I Get to choose where the ornaments go!!! I'm here all the time if you want me to decorate your house for Christmas {but only if it involves pink decorations, if not I won't come near you for a month}.

And because of this, I chose this song for today...

1st Day Of Christmas

So today is December 1st... YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And that means we started all our Christmas countdowns, and the special surprise from mom and dad, is a winter, lego, star wars, calendar!!!! IT IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a box that has 24 little doors and we take turns everyday and open one of the little doors and there's a little lego set inside.

And, my wonderful mother and I are also singing the songs that I'm going to post everyday, So that ups it to SIX things I'm doing to count down to Christmas!!!!! It IS my 2nd Favorite Holiday after all!!! {my 1st favorite holiday is my Birthday...}

The 1st song I chose is, The Christmas Song, and I chose it because, I felt like it was a good song to start off December with... So, yeah...

Hooray!!! My blog, has a new, more "Christmas like" look to it!!! I am, SOOOOOOOO, happy i was able to figure it out!!! Without ANY HELP!!!


So, for my very own Christmas "count down" I will be putting up a Christmas song, EVERYDAY, until Christmas, starting on Saturday, so therefore, I will be doing 5 things to count down to Christmas!!! And as I start, I will do a few of the "fun ones" and then as we get, closer to Christmas, I will be keeping them more about Christ. Hello?

Ummm... Hello? Is anyone there? Just checking, because I have not been on here for a while. Well, if there is, it's just so lovely to see you!!!

So, it's almost Christmas Time {Saturday} and my wonderful family has already started counting down to Christmas with a paper chain {if you didn't do this as a child, you DIDN'T HAVE a childhood} and then when December actually comes, we will be counting with this Christmas tree calendar thing that you hang little ornaments on, counting down with Christmas activities everyday and a special Christmas surprise from mom and dad each day {I don't know what they are yet *wink*}. So I would say that my family is just dying for Christmas to be here!!! And I must say that I am excited myself!!!

This last semester I was taking the Shakespeare class again and another class called Key Of Liberty and today was the last day of the semester!!! I will be starting classes again, on January 8th {2 days before my birthday!!!}. Sooo... Yeah...

I'm back!
I know it's been forever!
It's nice to see you too!
Okay, so I went to something called Simulation Week... IT WAS SO ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, WONDERFULLY, AWESOMELY, AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I'm in love with Simulation Week! I'll post some pictures so you can see how fun it was. Of course they only captured a little bit of the awesomeness... :)

The Tempest... And hair... :D

Who here's read the tempest by William Shakespeare? Actually you don't have to answer that question. Anyway if you have read it then you'll know who Prospero is. Well it's not Prospero anymore... it's now Prospera and that is who I'm going to be in the tempest.

I have long blonde wavy hair and no bangs and I've been growing it out for a while now... but it was getting a bit boring so I chopped it off... Just kidding! I didn't chop it off! But I am thinking about it...

So back to Shakespeare business...
One of my most horrible class assignments was the fact that it was required for me to make a mask for class next week! (actually I quite enjoyed this and am now finished with it and did not think this was the most horrible class assignment because I quite enjoy crafts! :D)

The Tempest

In Shakespeare class we are starting actors training and in the springtime we are going to preform The Tempest and I'm soooooooooooo happy to be able to have this new, exciting and wonderful experience because I've only been in one play before and I didn't even have to audition! (although I don't remember why...)

Anyway I'm really excited for this experience.
